How the chilling works
Freeze the ice packs overnight, slide them in under the meal trays, fill the trays and close the lid. The sealed compartments stay cool for hours. How long depends on how hot the room gets, so on a scorching day we recommend fresh ice packs in the morning.

How long do the ice packs keep the food cool?
For hours, but it depends on how hot the room gets. Freeze the packs overnight and slide them in fresh in the morning. On very hot days, put the feeder in the coolest room of the house.
Does it still work in a power cut?
Yes. The feeder runs on batteries and the fountain is cordless and rechargeable, so neither needs a power point.
Is the fountain noisy?
No. The pump is whisper-quiet, so it can sit in a bedroom.
Can I buy the feeder or the fountain on its own?
Yes, both are sold separately, but the kit saves you $133.90 and includes 3 months of filters.
I have two cats. Does it work?
Yes. Each meal tray holds a full portion, and the fountain is big enough for a multi-cat home. Choose 2 kits if you want one feeder per cat.
What if my cat won't use it?
Most cats take to moving water and a timed meal quickly. If yours doesn't, send it back within 90 days for a full refund.
Can I use wet and dry food?
