FAQ
Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 6-10 business days anywhere in Australia. Shipping is free and tracked.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout to split your order into 4 interest-free payments.
The Coolabah Fountain
Why does a moving stream help?
Cats are naturally drawn to moving water and tend to ignore still water. A thin stream they can see and hear makes the water bowl worth visiting.
How long does a charge last?
The pump recharges with the included USB-C cable. In sensor mode it only runs when your cat comes to drink, so one charge lasts for weeks.
How do I clean it?
Lift off the pump, rinse the stainless bowl and pop it in the dishwasher once a week. Replace the filter every 4 weeks.
Is it noisy?
No. The pump is whisper-quiet, so it won't keep anyone up at night.
The Coolabah Cooling Mat
Does it need to go in the fridge?
No. It's cool to the touch straight away, with no fridge, power or water needed.
Is it safe if my pet chews it?
Yes. It's gel-free, so there's nothing inside that can leak or be swallowed.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your pet from nose to base of tail and choose the next size up. See our size guide.
