Try your Coolabah product for 90 days. If your pet doesn't take to it, or you're not happy for any reason, email us at support@getcoolabah.com with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund of the product price.
How it works
- Email us within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return is on its way (tracking number provided), we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or stops working, tell us with a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge, no return needed. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Free gifts
Free gifts included with an order don't need to be returned.
